The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Watch for portions of 
  Southeast Lower Michigan
  Much of northwest and north central Ohio
  Lake Erie
  Lake Huron

* Effective this Wednesday afternoon and evening from 230 PM
  until 800 PM EDT.

* Primary threats include...
  Scattered damaging wind gusts to 70 mph likely
  Isolated large hail events to 1 inch in diameter possible
  A tornado or two possible

SUMMARY...A line of storms will continue to move eastward from
Indiana into Ohio, with some northward expansion of storms across
southeast Lower Michigan through the afternoon.  Damaging winds will
be the main threat, though marginally severe hail could occur with
the strongest updrafts, and a brief tornado or two may also occur
with embedded circulations in line segments.

The severe thunderstorm watch area is approximately along and 60
statute miles east and west of a line from 5 miles north northwest
of Bad Axe MI to 25 miles west of Columbus OH. For a complete

favorable for severe thunderstorms in and close to the watch area.
