IN NORTH CENTRAL WEST VIRGINIA ...DODDRIDGE COUNTY IN NORTHWEST WEST VIRGINIA ...TYLER COUNTY THUNDERSTORMS MOVING SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE AREA ARE DROPPING HEAVY RAINFALL...ESPECIALLY IN NORTHERN PORTIONS OF TYLER AND DODDRIDGE COUNTIES. THESE STORMS MAY PRODUCE ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN IN ONE TO TOW HOURS. BE PREPARED TO MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY IF FLOODING IS OBSERVED.
