  French Broad River were reporting levels nearing moderate flood 
  stage from around Rosman downstream through Brevard.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
