The National Weather Service in Austin San Antonio has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Southwestern Blanco County in south central Texas...
  Northeastern Kendall County in south central Texas...
  North central Comal County in south central Texas...

* Until 830 PM CDT.
    
* At 805 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Flugrath, or near Blanco, moving northeast at 15
  mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Blanco, Canyon Lake, Flugrath, Kendalia, Twin Sisters and Spring
  Branch.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
and protect yourself from flying debris.

...THE TORNADO WARNING FOR SOUTHWESTERN BLANCO...NORTHEASTERN KENDALL
AND NORTH CENTRAL COMAL COUNTIES HAS EXPIRED...
                
The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer appears capable of producing a tornado.
Therefore, the warning has been allowed to expire.  However small
hail, gusty winds and heavy rain are still possible with this
thunderstorm.
