a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Texas...

  Guadalupe River At Hwy 123 BR at Seguin affecting Guadalupe 
  County.

For the Guadalupe River...including Hwy 123 BR at Seguin...Minor 
flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive 
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

* From this morning to late this evening.
* At 7:15 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 19.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending 
  at 7:15 AM CDT Thursday was 19.2 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.4 feet 
  this morning. It will then fall below flood stage late this 
  morning.
* Impact...At 19.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding is in low areas of 
  the flood plain approaching but not reaching lowest homes in 
  Seguin. Runoff down Walnut Branch northwest of downtown Seguin is 
  a threat to lowest homes and apartments.
* Flood History...No available flood history.
