...Forecast flooding changed from Minor to Moderate severity and 
increased in duration for the following rivers in Texas...

  Little Blanco River At FM 32 near Fischer affecting Hays and 
  Blanco Counties.

For the Blanco River...FM 32 near Fischer...Moderate flooding is 
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.

The Flood Warning continues for
  the Little Blanco River At FM 32 near Fischer.
* Until tomorrow afternoon.
* At 11:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 15.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending 
  at 11:30 PM CDT Wednesday was 15.3 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.6 feet 
  just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage 
  late tonight.
* Impact...At 18.0 feet, Water is flowing across FM 32 roadway.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 16.6 
  feet on 05/08/2019.
