  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are 
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

* At 145 AM CDT, Thunderstorms over the last several hours have 
  produced between 3 and 8 inches of rainfall across much of central 
  and western Hays county. In addition, Doppler radar indicates 
  showers continuing over portions of Hays county, with more 
  activity possibly moving across the region. Additional rainfall 
  amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash 
  flooding is ongoing.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.
