The National Weather Service in Austin/San Antonio has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Bexar County in south central Texas...
  Central Comal County in south central Texas...

* Until 100 AM CDT.

* At 949 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are 
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

  San Antonio, San Antonio Int Airport, Stinson Municipal Airport, 
  Canyon Lake Dam, Canyon Lake, Leon Valley, Helotes, Fair Oaks 
  Ranch, Alamo Heights, Terrell Hills, Bulverde, Shavano Park, 
  Hollywood Park, Cross Mountain, Lytle, Olmos Park, Somerset, The 
  Dominion, Timberwood Park and Leon Springs.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM CDT THURSDAY FOR 
BEXAR AND CENTRAL COMAL COUNTIES...

At 1052 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain 
have fallen across western Comal and northern and western Bexar 
counties. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible in 
the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
shortly.
