STRONG STORM OVER ERN MAJOR COUNTY WHICH IS SHOWING ROTATION.  THIS
MERGER WILL CONTINUE OVER THE NEXT 30-60 MINUTES...WITH AN
INCREASING THREAT FOR A TORNADO AND/OR DAMAGING WIND GUSTS OVER
