The National Weather Service in Peachtree City has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Central Wilkes County in east central Georgia...

* Until 200 PM EST.
    
* At 127 PM EST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Lundberg, or near Washington, moving northeast at
  55 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Washington, Metasville and Floral Hill. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
