COUNTIES SD AT 0940Z AND WILL MOVE INTO WESTERN PORTIONS OF WW 284
NEAR THE SCHEDULED EXPIRATION AT 10Z. THE IMMEDIATE DOWNSTREAM
ENVIRONMENT WILL REMAIN FAVORABLE FOR A CONTINUED BUT ISOLATED
SEVERE RISK FOR ANOTHER HOUR OR TWO GIVEN 1000 J/KG OF MUCAPE AND
AROUND 40 KTS OF EFFECTIVE SHEAR. GIVEN EXPECTATIONS OF AN
