THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  TRAVIS COUNTY

* UNTIL 600 PM CST

* AT 320 PM CST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY
  HEAVY RAIN TO THE SOUTH AND SOUTHWEST OF TRAVIS COUNTY...MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH INTO TRAVIS COUNTY.

SHOAL CREEK...BULL CREEK...SLAUGHTER CREEK...AND ONION CREEK ARE
RUNNING JUST BELOW FLOOD STAGE.  ONLY A LITTLE ADDITIONAL RAINFALL
WILL CAUSE THEM TO GO INTO FLOOD.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
