ACROSS MUCH OF KERR...GILLESPIE AND LLANO COUNTIES. RAINFALL
RATES OF ONE-HALF TO ONE INCE. THIS RAIN WILL ONLY WORSEN ONGOING
FLOOD PROBLEMS ACROSS KERR COUNTY AND PRODUCE FLOOD PROBLEMS ACROSS
