  HEAVY RAIN OVER REAL COUNTY...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.
  VERY HEAVY RAINFALL IS REDEVELOPING OVER EDWARDS AND VAL VERDE
  COUNTIES.  THESE AMOUNTS WILL ONLY WORSEN ONGOING FLOOD PROBLEMS.
