THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  REAL COUNTY
  EDWARDS COUNTY
  UVALDE COUNTY

* UNTIL 200 PM CST

* AT 1055 AM CST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN FROM ROCKSPRINGS TO BARKSDALE TO UVALDE...MOVING NORTHEAST AT
  20 MPH.  THIS RAIN WILL SPREAD ACROSS REAL COUNTY AND INTO EASTERN
  UVALDE COUNTY...AREAS THAT HAVE SATURATED SOILS AND WILL FLOOD
  EASILY.  RAINFALL RATES AROUND AN INCH PER HOUR ARE BEING
  ESTIMATED.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
