BACKBUILDING POSSIBLE OVERNIGHT AS UPPER JET PIVOTS INTO
SOUTHERN PLAINS. UPPED POPS TO 100% IN WATCH AREA AND ALSO
UPPED POPS ELSEWHERE. FRONT IN NW KANSAS IS NOT
COMING SOUTHEAST VERY QUICKLY AND MAY MEAN HEAVY RAIN
