  PAWNEE COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA

* UNTIL 1215 AM CDT

* RADAR ESTIMATED THAT OVER 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN OVER
PORTIONS OF PAWNEE AND OSAGE COUNTIES INCLUDING THE PAWNEE AND
H OMINY AREAS.

* THUNDERSTORMS MOVING INTO THESE AREAS WILL BRING ADDITIONAL HEAVY
