* AT 927 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG
  ROTATION 4 MILES WEST OF WESTPORT. MOVING EAST AT 45 MILES PER
  HOUR...THIS DANGEROUS STORM COULD PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY TIME.
