AT 430PM CDT RADAR INDICATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDED FROM
NEAR LEBANON 45 MILES NORTHEAST OF SPRINGFIELD TO SPRINGFIELD TO
35 MILES SOUTHEAST OF JOPLIN MISSOURI.
LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS MAY BE EXPECTED WITH THE PASSAGE OF
THESE STORMS AS THEY MOVE TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 35 MILES AN HOUR.

TORNADO WATCH 244 IS IN EFFECT FOR THIS AREA UNTIL 8PM. THIS LINE OF STORMS IS EXPECTED TO INCREASE IN INTENSITY AS IT MOVES INTO SOUTHWEST MISSOURI WITH A RISK OF TORNADOES...LARGE HAIL AND STRONG GUSTY WINDS.
