Sheet metal was torn from one building, a trailer was flipped, scaffolding was blown apart and decorative windows were blown out.
- Tornado in South Dakota, June 10, 2004This tornado destroyed 3 barns and numerous other buildings at a farm, downed power lines, and broke windows in an adjacent home. There were no injuries reported. Several eyewitness reports were received of this tornado.
- Tornado and Hail in Kansas, June 10, 2004A brief tornado developed on a surface boundary over northeast Thomas county. The small, dusty landspout tornado was reported by a passing amateur radio operator and remained over an open field until dissipation less than a minute later.

Trees were knocked down across the street from the police station and on the property of Chesapeake Utilities. Large limbs fell onto the roof of at least one house. Heavy rains associated with this front moved slowly through northeastern Illinois, concentrated mainly in the Chicago metro area where one to two inches of rain fell.
