A strong winter storm passed through parts of north-central Kansas this weekend. While most areas picked up around 4 inches of snow, it was combined with freezing rain and gusty winds to provide for dangerous conditions. Only a few minor accidents were noted during the storm. Early forecasts of the storm likely helped keep motorists off the roadways during the height of the dangerous conditions.
