An weak upper level low pressure system teamed with some low level moisture and blanketed much of South Central Nebraska with 2 to 5 inches of snow. The town of Oxford recorded 5.3 inches of new snow from the storm. Numerous minor accidents were reported with the ice and snow covered roads.
