Over 2 inches of rain fell on already saturated ground causing minor flooding on the Green River at Woodbury and Rochester. At Woodberry, the river crested at 35.3 feet (flood stage is 33 feet) at 7 am est on February 6. At Rochester, the river crested at 18.8 feet (flood stage is 17 feet) at 7 am est on February 7. Only a few county roads and some agricultural bottomland was effected.
