* WHAT...One to two feet of inundation above ground level in
vulnerable areas near the waterfront and shoreline.
* WHERE...In New Jersey, Hudson, Eastern Bergen, Eastern Essex
and Eastern Union Counties. In New York, New York (Manhattan)
County.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM EDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Widespread flooding of vulnerable areas near the
waterfront and shoreline, including roads, parking lots, parks,
lawns, and homes and businesses with basements near the
waterfront. Some road closures are likely, and vehicles parked
in vulnerable areas near the waterfront could become flooded.
What to do
Take the necessary actions to protect flood prone property. If
travel is required, do not drive around barricades or through
water of unknown depth.

* WHAT...North winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.
* WHERE...Northeast New Jersey, Rockland and Northern Westchester
Counties in southeast New York, and Northern Fairfield and New
Haven Counties in southern Connecticut.
* WHEN...Until 6 AM EDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
