  Northeastern West Carroll Parish in northeastern Louisiana...
  Northwestern Issaquena County in west central Mississippi...
  Southwestern Sharkey County in west central Mississippi...

* Until 400 PM CDT.

* At 1230 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms 
  producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 5 and 10 
  inches of rain have fallen. Significant flash flooding is already 
  occurring with numerous roads flooded and several closed.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Law enforcement.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

  Lake Providence, Rolling Fork, Transylvania, Oak Grove, Shelburn, 
  Fitler, Millikin, Gassoway, Onward, Grace, Mayersville, Kilbourne, 
  Forest and Cary.

NORTHWESTERN ISSAQUENA AND SOUTHWESTERN SHARKEY COUNTIES AND CENTRAL 
EAST CARROLL AND NORTHEASTERN WEST CARROLL PARISHES...

Though flash flooding has ended, a Flood Warning is now in effect 
until 945 PM. The heavy rain has ended, but flooding is still 
ongoing. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.

A Flash Flood Watch remains in effect until 700 PM CDT for portions 
of southeast Arkansas...northeast Louisiana and Mississippi.
