* At 311 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have 
  already fallen and an additional one to two inches are possible. 
  Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. Some river, creek, 
  and small stream flooding could also occur well after rain has 
  ended.

  Americus, Lumpkin, Buena Vista, Butler, Ellaville, Cusseta,
  Preston, Richland, Reynolds, Plains, Leslie, Andersonville, De
  Soto, Fort Benning/lawson Army Air Fld, Desoto, North Fort Benning,
  Weston, Bibb City, Cobb and Sumter.
