The National Weather Service in Peachtree City has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northwestern Warren County in east central Georgia...
  Taliaferro County in east central Georgia...
  Wilkes County in east central Georgia...

* Until 845 PM EST.

* At 251 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have 
  already fallen and an additional one to two inches is possible. 
  Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Washington, Crawfordville, Tignall, Norwood, Rayle, Sharon, Camak,
  Delhi, Holliday Park, Newtown, Danburg, Mesena, Lyneville, Carters
  Grove, Jacksons Crossroads, Ficklin, Cadley, Mallorysville,
  Lundberg and Robinson.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.
