THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  BANDERA
  MEDINA

* UNTIL 530 PM CDT

* AT 315 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED MODERATE TO
  HEAVY RAIN OVER EASTERN MEDINA AND EASTERN BANDERA COUNTIES...
  MOVING NORTH AT 5 TO 10 MPH.

  RAINFALL RATES OF UP TO ONE INCH PER HOUR WILL CAUSE ADDITIONAL
  FLASH FLOODING.  THE MEDINA RIVER AND TRIBUTARIES CAN BE EXPECTED
  TO CONTINUE IN FLOOD.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT. IT IS 
IMPORTANT TO KNOW WHERE YOU ARE RELATIVE TO STREAMS...RIVERS...OR
