THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  BANDERA
  BEXAR
  MEDINA

* UNTIL 315 AM CDT

* AT 1130 PM...RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM NEAR HELOTES TO
  MEDINA LAKE...TO NEAR TAPLEY AND MEDINA...MOVING SLOWLY NORTH.

THIS CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS WAS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN OF 2 TO 
4 INCHES PER HOUR CENTERED NEAR MEDINA LAKE TO SOUTH OF BANDERA.  
DUE TO THE SLOW MOVEMENT VERY HEAVY RAINFALL TOTALS ARE POSSIBLE 
OVER THE NEXT COUPLE HOURS...WITH ADDITIONAL 4 TO 8 INCH AMOUNTS.  

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
