THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  BLANCO
  KERR
  COMAL
  BANDERA
  BEXAR
  MEDINA
  ATASCOSA
  FRIO

* UNTIL 700 AM CDT

* AT 301 AM THUNDERSTORMS AND HEAVY RAIN WAS INCREASING OVER SOUTH
CENTRAL TEXAS AND THE SOUTHEAST HILL COUNTRY. RAINFALL RATES OF 
1 TO 3 INCHES AN HOUR WERE NOTED BY RADAR WITH A SLIGHT DRIFT OF
THE STORMS TO THE NORTH. 

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER
LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.

THIS IS A DANGEROUS SITUATION. THE GROUND IS SATURATED AND ANY
ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL POND OR RUN OFF.

DO NOT DRIVE INTO FLOODED ROADWAYS.
