THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  KERR
  KENDALL

* UNTIL 530 PM CDT

* AT 235 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED MODERATE TO 
  HEAVY RAIN OVER KENDALL AND EASTERN KERR COUNTY...MOVING NORTH AT
  5 TO 10 MPH.  

  RAINFALL RATES OF UP TO ONE INCH PER HOUR WILL CAUSE RIVERS...
  STREAMS AND CREEKS TO RISE AGAIN CAUSING MORE FLASH FLOODING.

MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO 
CROSS BRIDGES...DIPS...OR OTHER LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS THE 
ROADWAY. NEVER TRY TO CROSS A FLOWING STREAM...EVEN A SMALL ONE...ON 
FOOT. TO ESCAPE RISING WATER MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND.  CAMPERS 
SHOULD AVOID CAMPING ALONG STREAMS OR CREEKS DURING THREATENING 
RAINS.  RESIDENTS LIVING ALONG STREAMS AND CREEKS SHOULD TAKE 
IMMEDIATE PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT LIFE AND PROPERTY.
