THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  ZAVALA
  DIMMIT

* UNTIL 200 AM CDT

* AT 1045 PM...RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM 10
  MILES EAST OF BATESVILLE TO 25 MILES SOUTHWEST OF ASHERTON WITH 
  VERY LITTLE MOVEMENT.  RAINFALL RATES OF 1 TO 3 INCHES PER HOUR 
  WITH A FEW DOWNPOURS OF 3 TO 4 INCHES PER HOUR ESTIMATED BY
  RADAR.   

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
