THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  BANDERA
  MEDINA

* UNTIL 315 PM CDT

* AT 116 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SHOWERS WITH
  MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN IN NORTHERN MEDINA COUNTY AND SOUTHERN 
  BANDERA COUNTY...MOVING NORTHWEST AT 15 MPH.

THIS RAIN WILL CAUSE RISES ON STREAMS AND CREEKS IN BANDERA AND 
MEDINA COUNTIES.  

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING. 
MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  CAMPERS SHOULD AVOID 
CAMPING ALONG STREAMS OR CREEKS DURING THREATENING RAINS.
IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
RESIDENTS LIVING ALONG STREAMS AND CREEKS SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE

SWIFTLY FLOWING WATERS OR WATERS OF UNKNOWN DEPTH BY FOOT OR BY
AUTOMOBILE. IF YOUR VEHICLE STALLS, ABANDON IT IMMEDIATELY AND SEEK
HIGHER GROUND.
