* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...

* AT 508 AM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN
  SPREADING NORTH ACROSS THE EASTERN HILL COUNTRY.  ANOTHER AREA OF 
HEAVY RAINS REMAINS NEARLY STATIONARY BETWEEN BIG WELLS AND DILLEY.
RAINFALL RATES ARE APPROACHING 6 INCHES AN HOUR WITH THE STRONGER 
THUNDERSTORMS. 

THIS IS A DANGEROUS SITUATION.  TRAVEL IS HIGHLY DISCOURAGED.  
CAMPERS SHOULD IMMEDIATELY MOVE AWAY FROM CREEKS AND RIVERS TO 
HIGHER GROUND.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING. 
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS SWIFTLY FLOWING WATERS OR WATERS OF UNKNOWN 
DEPTH BY FOOT OR BY AUTOMOBILE. IF YOUR VEHICLE STALLS, ABANDON IT 
IMMEDIATELY AND SEEK HIGHER GROUND.
