THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PITTSBURGH HAS ISSUED A
TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  900 PM EDT
FOR THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN WEST PENNSYLVANIA
 
   ...ALLEGHENY COUNTY
 
RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH INDICATIONS OF A DEVELOPING
TORNADO OVER THE PITTSBURGH SOUTH HILLS. THE STORM IS MOVING NORTH AT 10
MPH AND WILL GO THROUGH IMMEDIATE PITTSBURGH DOWNTOWN AREA.
 
THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS TIL 1015 PM.
THIS IS AN UPGRADE OF THE EARLIER SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING.
