FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  600 PM EDT
FOR THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN WEST PENNSYLVANIA
 
   ...WESTMORELAND COUNTY
 
THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IS CONTINUING THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
WESTMORELAND COUNTY. FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS AND ROADWAYS MAINLY IN
THE EXPORT AREA IS CONTINUING. THE HEAVY RAINS HAVE ENDED...BUT RUNOFF
WILL CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS KEEPING STREAMS AND CREEKS OUT
OF THEIR BANKS IN THE DELMONT AND EXPORT AREAS.
 
DO NOT DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROAD.  THE WATER
MAY BE TOO DEEP TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT
IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
