FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  600 PM CST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...

IN SOUTH TEXAS

   ...MCMULLEN COUNTY

HEAVY RAIN HAS FALLEN NEAR TILDEN... WITH BETWEEN TWO AND THREE INCHES
ESTIMATED BY RADAR AND SATELLITE. STREET FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED
IN TILDEN. THE FRIO RIVER NEAR TILDEN AND THE NUECES RIVER SOUTH OF
TILDEN WILL CUT OFF STATE HIGHWAYS 16 AND 72 BY NOON. ADDITIONALLY...
THE SAN MIGUEL CREEK WILL LIKELY BEGIN FLOODING BY NOON.

REMEMBER... AVOID FLOODED AREAS...DO NOT TRY TO CROSS FLOODED ROADS.
