FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  145 PM CST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
 
IN SOUTH TEXAS
 
   ...WEBB COUNTY
 
LAREDO POLICE DEPARTMENT HAS REPORTED FLOODING IN THE CITY IF LAREDO.
RAINFALL RATES FROM THE SHOWERS MOVING ACROSS LAREDO ARE IN EXCESS OF
TWO INCHES AN HOUR AND ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE.
 
AVOID ALREADY FLOODED AREAS.  TRAVELERS SHOULD NOT ATTEMPT TO
CROSS FLOODED ROADS.  IF YOUR VEHICLE STALLS...LEAVE IT AND MOVE
IMMEDIATELY TO HIGHER GROUND.
 
 
FLOOD PRONE URBAN AREAS FILL WITH WATER QUICKLY.  CLOGGED STORM
