FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...

RADAR INDICATES SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN OVER
COMAL COUNTY. RAIN ACCUMULATIONS OF ONE INCH OR MORE ARE POSSIBLE. DUE
TO THE ALREADY SATURATED SOIL...ANY ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN WILL CAUSE
FLOODING AND PROLONG THE HIGH WATER IN THOSE AREAS WHERE FLOODING IS
ALREADY TAKING PLACE.
