FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

AT 1 AM...HEAVY RAINS WERE FORMING MOVING OVER PARTS OF
BLANCO...HAYS...AND TRAVIS COUNTIES.
 
THE FORECAST OFFICE IN SAN ANTONIO...RELAYED A REPORT THAT THE BLANCO
RIVER AT WIMBERLY HAD RISEN TO 11.02 FT. JUST 1 FOOT FROM FLOOD STAGE.
 
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO RE-DEVELOP OVER PARTS OF SOUTH
CENTRAL TEXAS AND MOVE RAPIDLY TO THE NORTHEAST.
