- Tornadoes and Hail in Oklahoma, May 3, 1999A record outbreak of tornadoes struck Oklahoma from late afternoon of May 3, 1999, through early morning of May 4, 1999. To date, 58 tornadoes have been recorded across portions of western and central Oklahoma.

- Tornadoes and Hail in Oklahoma, May 20 to 21, 2013A tornado outbreak occurred during the afternoon and evening hours of the 20th. Several tornadoes occurred from central Oklahoma down through south central Oklahoma near the Red River.

- Tornadoes and Flash Flooding in Oklahoma, May 31, 2013A tornado outbreak occurred during the late afternoon and early evening hours of the 31st. A stalled front and deeply mixed dryline served as a focus for thunderstorm development. The front/dryline triple point was where the most intense supercells initiated.

- Winter Storm in Oklahoma, January 12 to 14, 2007A strong winter storm crippled much of Oklahoma from January 12th through the 14th, spreading snow, freezing rain and sleet across the state. The snow and sleet was confined to northern and western Oklahoma.
- Ice Storm in Oklahoma, December 9 to 11, 2007A devastating ice storm affected a large swath of Oklahoma beginning on the 9th and continuing through the 11th over parts of the area.

- Tornadoes and Hail in Oklahoma, May 24, 2011A tornado outbreak occurred over parts of northern and central Oklahoma during the day on the 24th, with violent tornadoes devastating several communities.

- Heat in Oklahoma, July 16 to 31, 2006Temperatures reached triple digits across the area starting in mid-July and continued through the end of the month. Many locations at times reached 105 degrees of greater with higher heat index values.
- Tornadoes and Hail in Oklahoma, February 10, 2009Thunderstorms developed early in the afternoon, from near the Lawton area, northeast toward the Oklahoma metro area.
- Heat in Oklahoma, August 1 to 13, 2006The triple digit heat that began at the end of July continued through at least the first half of August across Oklahoma. Overnight lows also remained high with temperatures only falling into the upper 70s to low 80s most nights.
- Heat in Oklahoma, July 26 to 31, 1999A period of very hot temperatures with highs ranging from the upper 90s to near 105 and lows ranging from the lower 70s to near 80, affected portions of central and southwest Oklahoma from July 26th through July 31st.
- Heat and Drought in Oklahoma, July 4 to 31, 2001An extended period of excessive heat affected all of western and central Oklahoma in July. Daily mean temperatures ranged from the mid 80s to near 90 degrees, which is four to five degrees above normal.

- Heat in Oklahoma, July 1 to 7, 1996High temperatures topped the century mark in central Oklahoma through the first week of July. On July 1, the high in Oklahoma City (at OKC) reached 102 degrees, then 104 on the 2nd, 103 on the 3rd, 105 on the 4th, 108 on the 5th, 110 on the 6th, and 106 on the 7th.
- Tornadoes and Hail in Oklahoma, May 10, 2008Elevated severe thunderstorms containing large hail developed north of a warm front that was moving slowly northward across eastern Oklahoma and west central Arkansas during the morning and early afternoon of the 10th.
- Tornadoes and Flash Flooding in Oklahoma, August 18 to 19, 2007Tropical Storm Erin, the fifth named storm of the 2007 Atlantic Hurricane season, developed quickly over the northeast Gulf of Mexico on the 15th, before moving onshore during the morning hours of the 16th.
