This short track tornado touched down near the intersection of Highway 42 and Gum Swamp Road where it caused roof damage and minor tree damage. It continued northeast before it crossed Gum Swamp Road, where some localized trees and limbs were snapped and uprooted. The tornado lifted in a field shortly after.
