NARRATIVE SYNOPTIC DISCUSSION FOR WAKE ISLAND HIGH PRESSURE NORTH OF WAKE WILL MAINTAIN 15 TO 20 KNOT TRADE WINDS OVER YOU FOR THE NEXT 24 HOURS. THE ATMOSPHERE AROUND WAKE HAS BECOME MORE UNSTABLE. OUR SATELLITE PICTURES NOW SHOW SHOWERY BROKEN LOW CLOUDS UPSTREAM TO THE NORTHEAST OF WAKE WHICH MAY PRODUCE SCATTERED SHOWERS OVER THE NEXT 24 HOURS. A NORTHWEST SWELL IS PEAKING NEAR 5 FEET THIS MORNING AND WILL DECREASE TO 3 FEET BY TOMORROW MORNING.
