An uncharacteristically strong early summer storm brought high wind and heavy rain to the North and Central Coast. Power was lost at Depoe Bay, and scattered power outages were reported in Clatsop County. garibaldi reported 51 mph winds with gusts to 65 mph, Yachats had gusts to 59 mph, and Cannon Beach reported 45 mph winds.
