Strong wind raked across parts of southeast Wyoming, resulting in about 4 tractor-trailertrucks being blown over on Interstate 25 south of Wheatland, Wy. This caused a few minorinjuries. Winds gusted as high as 85 mph at Arlington, Wy, with gusts to 78 mph reported12 miles west of Cheyenne, Wy.
