* Until 1215 PM CDT

* At 618 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Two to three inches of rain 
  have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Charleston, Mattoon, Paris, Marshall, Toledo, Casey, Neoga,
  Greenup, Martinsville, Kansas, Ashmore, Westfield, Lerna,
  Vermilion, Jewett, Montrose, Redmon, Clarksville, Janesville and
  Oliver.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 57 between mile markers 173 and 189.
 Interstate 70 between mile markers 106 and 154.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.

SOUTHERN COLES...SOUTHERN EDGAR...CLARK AND CUMBERLAND COUNTIES...

At 1039 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have already 
fallen. Flash flooding is expected to continue as steady rain and a 
few downpours have continued this morning.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Charleston, Mattoon, Paris, Marshall, Toledo, Casey, Neoga, Greenup,
Martinsville, Kansas, Ashmore, Westfield, Lerna, Vermilion, Jewett,
Montrose, Redmon, Clarksville, Janesville and Oliver.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 57 between mile markers 173 and 189.
 Interstate 70 between mile markers 106 and 154.
