  POTTAWATOMIE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST KANSAS...
  SOUTH CENTRAL RILEY COUNTY IN NORTHEAST KANSAS...

* UNTIL 900 AM CDT

* AT 654 AM CDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED CONTINUED FLASH 
FLOODING FROM OVERNIGHT RAINFALL OF 3 TO 6 INCHES. SEVERAL ROADS ARE 
CLOSED DUE TO RUNNING WATER OVER THE ROADWAY. EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT 
REPORTS EVACUATIONS NEAR THE GARDENWAY APARTMENTS...THE HIGHLAND 
RIDGE AREA...AND THE RED BED AREA NEAR SCENIC DRIVE. FLASH FLOODING 
CONTINUES ALONG WILDCAT CREEK. FLASH FLOODING WAS ALSO OCCURING 
ALONG 7 MILE CREEK NEAR OGDEN. AREAS JUST WEST OF ST GEORGE ARE ALSO 
EXPERIENCE FLASH FLOODING.
