SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH RAINFALL RATES OF UP TO 4 INCHES AN
HOUR OVER THE WARNED COUNTIES. THE STORMS WERE MOVING TOWARD THE
NORTH AT 15 MPH.
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
