THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...

  LLANO
  GILLESPIE
  BLANCO
  KENDALL
  COMAL
  BEXAR
  WILSON

* UNTIL 630 AM CDT

* AT 337 AM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SCATTERED 
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH RAINFALL RATES OF UP TO 3 INCHES AN 
HOUR OVER THE WARNED COUNTIES.  THE STORMS WERE MOVING TOWARD THE 
NORTHWEST AT 15 MPH.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. 
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.  PARENTS SHOULD KEEP THEIR CHILDREN AWAY FROM 
SWOLLEN CREEKS AND STREAMS UNTIL THE FLASH FLOODING SUBSIDES.
