* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...

* AT 1229 AM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AREAS OF 
RAIN...HEAVY AT TIMES...OVER PARTS OF BURNET...BLANCO...AND COMAL
COUNTY.   RAIN...HEAVY AT TIMES...IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THE
NEXT FEW HOURS...FROM SHOWERS OR THUNDERSTORMS.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER
LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.
